Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

• User: a legal entity (sports club, academy, or organization) using the Application.
• Administrator: an authorized representative of the User.
• Service: a SaaS platform for managing teams, players, fees, expenses, and documentation.

2. Eligibility

• Club Manager is designed for registered sports clubs, academies, organizations, and their authorized administrators.
• Only authorized representatives of a legal entity can create an account and manage club information.
• The account holder assumes full responsibility for all data entered, including data related to minors, and must obtain all necessary consents from parents or guardians as required by law.

3. Service Description

Club Manager provides digital tools to help sports clubs manage their operations more efficiently:

• member and player database management
• training and event attendance tracking
• membership fees, revenue, and expense tracking
• schedules, match results, and administrative documentation

Club Manager is a management tool only. We may modify, update, add, or discontinue features at any time. We are not responsible for your sporting, coaching, or administrative decisions made using the Application.

4. Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for:

• the accuracy of provided data
• maintaining account security
• all activities performed under their account

5. Payments & Subscription

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring (monthly) basis.
• Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record. This means Paddle is the legal seller of the Service for payment processing purposes.
• Prices are displayed before purchase.
• Unless required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable.

6. Free Trial

• A free trial period (e.g., 30 days) may be offered.
• Unless cancelled before the end of the trial, the subscription will automatically continue as a paid subscription.

7. Data Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for:

• the accuracy and legality of all data entered into the Application
• obtaining all necessary parental or legal consents
• financial and administrative records

The Service Provider does not verify or validate user-entered data.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Club Manager and its creators shall not be held liable for:

• any injuries, accidents, or physical harm that occur during sports activities
• decisions you make regarding coaching, training, player management, or club operations
• conflicts or disputes between club members, parents, players, or other third parties
• loss of data, service interruptions, or any indirect damages from using Club Manager

Club Manager is provided as an administrative and organizational tool only, not as a coaching or sporting guidance platform.

9. Service Availability

• The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

10. Communications

By using the Application, Users agree to receive:

• system notifications
• service-related emails
• product updates

Additional communication channels (e.g., SMS, messaging apps) may be introduced.

11. Termination

• Users may cancel their subscription at any time.
• Access to the Service will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

12. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, along with applicable international and European Union regulations where relevant.
